Why we disclose gaps instead of guessing
Every scheme is structured from an official source (recorded as source_url) with the date it was last cross-checked. "Partial" means the scheme exists and its core facts are confirmed, but a specific field uses a documented proxy or a figure we could not render directly from the official portal — each such field is named below. We deliberately disclose these gaps rather than fill them with plausible values: a benefits system must never invent an eligibility threshold, because a wrong number sends a real family to a scheme they do not qualify for, or hides one they do.
